How do I get a copy of my invoice from purchasing the smugmug service? It has obviously hit my credit card but I never got an invoice for my records...

I have sent you a screen shot by email. Normally, the Thank You and email receipt you got from us when you signed up is all that you'd get. I hope this helps,

Ok, well just as a request, we have to pay taxes and if we are running a business we have to have receipts in order to deduct expenditures for our taxes, of which I'm sure you are well aware of. It would therefore be really nice in the future if you'd provide an actual invoice for what we paid you so we'd have it for our records.

Andy, that is perfect, thank you... I was merely suggesting though that you guys might want to have your billing do that automatically so that you don't have to manually create invoices to send to people...

Hello again, Glenn - thanks for the suggestion. Usually, folks just use the email acknowledgement and credit card receipt. We don't like to push paper to folks so much - but we're happy to do it on request.

On this note, I'd like to see an e-mail automatically go out about a week before the renewal date so that we know it is being renewed.
