To my eye, number two is perfect in every way!

    Excellent job

Lol, my choice also, the look, the hand on the hips, off the chart cute factor. Great job on the DOF and exposure. I see this one being framed and on a wall.

Do love #2 but throw a vignette on it to draw more attention to the subject.

    Cute shots, look good.
The second one as suggested already, the light on the forground is brighter than the light on your subjects face.
Vignette would fix that and next time, place your light more on the subject less on the foreground.
    Definitely on the right track.

    Thanks Bryce
    I appreciate it!

    Thanks Novice,
I already have a spot picked out on the wall....

    Charles, Mike, thanks for commenting!
I will use a combo vignette, or burn and bring it down!

    Thanks again for your time!

I have not posted in quite some time, but am always looking - today I had to chime in - IMHO #1 is the shot for framing with just one adjustment - crop it at the end of the guitar. The eye of the viewer never has to wander - look at the expression on the chils face - and the eyes are the greatest - light shinning on hair seals it.

Both are fantastic. I don't think I agree about the vignette on #2...I'd like to see the results if you add it, but I like it as is.

Both are great. Like number 2 as well. Agree with all the comments about them as well especially the tighter crop on number one. I might also tweak up the black point a bit to turn e background fully black. I see a couple lines a bit lighter in there.

#2 gets my vote! Can't wait to see the re-edits and what you end up with.
