    interesting
I am thinking there is a difference in the dof b/w these two..... #2 appears to have more dof, but seems maybe a bit noisier(?) but also more detailed due to dof. I really like #1 - that natural light is hard to beat and it's a great and acceptable shot, I just like the detail a little more in #2 - combine the detail of 2 with the beautiful lighting of 1.... that would be the killer.

Pointless since they're both pretty damn good, but you posted and I thought possibly you may want some feedback. Have a great Easter Sunday.

Well, yah, I think so. I mean, you put them for people to see, right? Should they just be a captive audience that doesn't speak it's mind? Of course not! wings.gif

I'm not a macro shooter, but I can tell you I prefer the first. Do I wish it were sharper and had a bit more punch? Yes. But I think that you can make that happen in post. It might have been better to take a few shots that could be focus stacked, but I've never done that, either. :D

    thanks for feedback ,DavidT0 thumb.gif

-i prefer flowers soft , not sharp
    over-sharpenedflowers give strange effect IMO

    - about stacking ; my goal is ( on flowers at least ) to play around with DOF
gives an extra dimension when parts are OOF when done right

Prefer #1 of the 2 shots but more to do with the light , angle and magnification than the camera/lens setup I think
