Painting In The Plein Air
More to follow, but I have to go back to try to find the rec shrimpers...... This was a good thing, to see the artists...........

This is not representative, just one of her "looks" while painting. Even though this event started at 9 AM, the light was very contrasty. Compounding that, the aritists placed themselves in the shade to paint things in the sunlight. The flowers above were very much in the sun. Below even the girl's face is shaded. I chose these photos to see how it would work. I am pleased with the way things turned out. I just let the shadow areas go as dark as I thought the better monitors could handle.
