A quick short shower brought the hoverflies and bluebottles out, plus a dung fly made an appearance to savour the newly moistened flavourings from the flowers on the Aucuba japonica 'Crotonifolia' (or Spotted Laurel as I know it)...

These flowers must be very tasty for them! WDYT?
