Is there a way to create a pricelist for just BayPhotos products and nothing else?
What about just whcc or ezprints?

To change a lab in the default price list, you will have to create a new price list and set it as default price list. First go to your control panel > Pros > set pricing > and hit the big green button on the upper right side "Create New". This will open a new screen like that:

Here you will be able to choose your lab. To make this price list your default, just edit the price list and you will see a tick box on the top right corner saying - "Make this my default pricelist" tick that and you are good to go Please take a look on my second screenshot:

How about the merchandise stuff? Which is from which lab? I remember that there was a thread about that in the past, but cannot remember it now.

I don't want to send up selling something from ezprints to a customer who is ordering prints which I've designated to come from BayPhoto.
Do you understand what I am looking to do?

Johnny,
Merchandise and photo card products are provided via EZprints. Those products are independent of the lab choice you make in a pricelist.

Thanks. That is the info I was looking for.

Feature request (more like a text addition): maybe it can be noted on the price list that "these items are shipped separately" or something to that effect.

Why would you just not be able to dupe the price list and change the lab. So you have to start all over? That is a pain.

Why can't you implement it where you can just change the lab, and edit the price list. So we don't have to create an entire new price list, which is time consuming and time = money.

I'm sorry, you can only select a lab when you create a new pricelist. The products offered by the different labs differ and at this point it's not possible to change the lab on an existing pricelist or duplicate a pricelist with another lab.
