Dennis, absolutely terrific, as usual. I haven't seen these birds before. The coloring in the first looks different than the next two. Is it a female/male difference? And again I love the low angle. And the beautiful colors, and perfect detail. What's not to like! Best, Pam

Thanks very much Pam for the kind words. The first one is a female and still in her winter plumage which is starting to change. The low angle sure makes a different in shooting these birds, and the good thing is that I was right one the shoreline and had the tripod set very low.
