Trying to upload and getting errors sending to Smugmug. Nothing on the status page or FB. Thought I would check here and see if I'm alone or not.

    Never mind. Seemed to be a temporary hiccup. Back to uploading now (though did seem to take longer than usual for a single image)

    Or maybe not. Single upload worked. Tried 4 images but got the following using Jfriedls plugin:
    Error during export
    Unexpected reply from Smugmug
    Aborting export before any image was successfully uploaded

    Confirmed slow upload times via FB page - Rich stated he was going to have it looked into

    Here's my message....
    Hi, I'm seeing the same uploading speed issue. While the files look like they are uploading normally, the processing time looks a bit too long. I'm on the phone with the Operations Team as we speak. I'm sure they'll get it all taken care of.


    In fact, the Operations Hero just send me a message, he's looking into the issue right now....

    Hi WS, SmugMug isn't down. We're addressing an issue with uploads processing slowly.

    Trying uploading again and see if it's better. It's much faster for me now..

    Uploads are working again and back to normal speed. Thanks guys - awesome work getting this trouble-shooted and fixed in under an hour on a Sunday!
