No software involved. Just extracted the subject and added some smoke brushes.

No software other than photoshop (don't consider that as 3rd party).....lassoed the girls, put them on their own layer, a blank layer inbetween, added brushes and that was it.

Where did the brushes come from? Did you make them? Buy them? Are they in photoshop already? (I never look at the brush menu so I have no idea)

there are literally hundreds of different brushes available for free upon a google search. well worth the time. I just wish that PS had an option for sorting brushes better. :\

Love the images without the effects, then love the effects so I guess I love the whole creation.

    Nice work Hack.

PS: WHo is that package of GORGEOUS in # 2 and will she be vacationing in New York soon?

Laughing.gif John, she is the daughter of one of my students, ugh! She is MD girl going to school in VA so that makes her elligible to compete for Miss Virginia and then on to Miss America. These were some mandatory shots for a brochure for the contest. I believe she came in in the top five for Miss VA.

Laughing.gif... This was my first though. Actually, it was "Who farted?"

I like the effect but not sure it works with the images because my next question was "why the smoke".

Now I really do have an over active imagination but I really did not think about that.....Laughing.gif......I was just trying out some brushes that I saw.

OK, I put up some traditional stuff in the pull back thread for the naysayers.
