Bad quality of the pictures

What happend?

The picture-quality has become much worst? I bought Smugmug because of its great quality. After such month the quality has become now very pixelated.

    If you're referring to an order, include the order number and what was the issue with which items from the order.
    If this isn't about an order, include links to specific photos and tell us what the issue is / what you see. A screenshot illustrating your issue might be helpful as well so we can see what you see.

    On this forum, the pics are also in very bad quality. On your homepage also.
    Who knew this problem, too?
    Did Smugmug some updates? Or something else?

    How do you connect to the internet? Are you on a cellular (3G or 4G), DSL, cable connection? Who's your ISP (internet service provider)?
    What browser version and operating system do you use?

    Can you try it via a different connection / computer if the issue is the same?

    Include a screenshot showing the "bad quality" on a specific site and also include a link to the site in question that you took the screenshot from. Here's how to take a screenshot:

    Many thanks. This could be, because I moved home and so I changed my internetprovider. Tomorrow I will get the "right" Internetconection. I will write, if nothing will change on the quality.
