slide show problems

I uploaded a couple of slideshows using proshow producer. When I play them you can hear the music however the slide show is a plain green screen.

Could you give us links to the slideshows you've uploaded to SmugMug? Do you have any trouble playing those same files on your computer, with the video and audio working together?

I think the problem is on my end with my desk top. I can see the slideshow on my laptop with no problems. They are displayed under video on my web page.

While playing the video (not in full screen), right-click on it and select settings. In the Flash settings, look for the hardware acceleration option and uncheck that. Save the settings and close / restart your browser. Does the video play properly now?
