mobile site- only showing galleries I want

Is there a way to block particular galleries from being visible on the mobile site? Currently, ALL my galleries show up including the watermark gallery and others that I don't want visible.

I don't want to disable all of them or make them unlisted because I want older clients to be able to get to them on their computers, but I only want my current galleries to show up on the mobile site.

I'm toying with the idea of adjusting the directory structure to accomodate this a bet better. Eg. stick all the less current ones under 'archive' so that new customers get more drawn to the good stuff but still allowing people to find there old ones. Would be great if it mirrored the website though, customisation and all.
