Step by step low key shoot

Hi guys. Is there anybody out there who could give me an idiots guide, step by step guide to shooting models (my Mrs) in a glamour setting using low key lighting.


I have got lights, umberellas, light meters, backgrounds etc but am really struggling to set the lights up, working out the settings on the lights and camera.

Could somebody please help? Any tips to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
