Flesh Fly - Sarcophagidae

This particular fly didn't appear to be fairing to well. It was very lethargic and initially when I went to photograph it on a fence, it flew off very slowly and landed on the window sill of our conservatory where it simply stayed. I could have easily gone and got the tripod but it was in my car .

The diffuser I have is much better than what I previously had but I'm beginning to become frustrated with it. I need a bracket so I can mount the flash further to the front of the lens and of course much better diffusion.
