On the first I wish you were standing either: 1) to the left and pointed the camera more right, or 2) to the right and pointing the camera more to the left, so that the line of the road would be more dynamic. Now it seems a bit centered, but not. I guess if you had truly centered it, that would help, too. Right now it's in that in-between place.
The 5th one: no need to include all of the cactus, IMO. It's not really the subject of the image, as I see it, and including all of it throws off your composition.

I agree, 3 is very good. #5 almost works I think it needs more air above the cactus.
