Thanks appreciate it. I got very lucky with the weather (though it was chilly for that time of year).

Thanks. That was my first time to Arizona (and it was mainly for work), but I hope to go back soon and see a lot more.

The light on the mountains in 3 is very nice. Was it possible to move forward, closer to the water, possibly losing the brush altogether? Whether or not that would have made the image better depends on a lot of things, but I'm curious if you had the option.

On the first I wish you were standing either: 1) to the left and pointed the camera more right, or 2) to the right and pointing the camera more to the left, so that the line of the road would be more dynamic. Now it seems a bit centered, but not. I guess if you had truly centered it, that would help, too. Right now it's in that in-between place.

The 5th one: no need to include all of the cactus, IMO. It's not really the subject of the image, as I see it, and including all of it throws off your composition.

I like #3 and #5. Good job. I tried to look at #3 without the shrubs in the foreground and I don't think it works as well. I do think that if you crop the catus out on #5 it improves it to a certain degree.

Really great set, Eric. It's good to see some shots from the Superstitions. I like 3, 4 and 5. Art is a subject thing and I think #5 is perfect the way you shot it. The height of the cactus plays nicely against the well framed puffy clouds. If looks like you took full advantage of your trip.
