Customer's Lost Order?

Customer just emailed me letting me know they still did not receive this order? Can someone point me in the right direction? I tried searching the forum but didn't find anything? I know the info is right under my nose but would appreciate any help/direction??

    Thanks for writing in.

    Just let us know the order number in question. The best way to do this is via email. We will need to verify that we have the correct shipping address for your customer. So going through email would be best, so we don't post your customer's address all over the internet :D
