Is it possible to post to a secondary tumblr blog that has been set with a password using the Smugmg social wizard?

Hi winterminute,
Yes you can. Just go to your gallery of choice - > press the “Owner Share” button - > “Be Social” and you will see a screen like this:

Just enter in the “Login” and “Password” section the information of your second Tumblr blog and you are good to go!
Please take a look at our help pages, which explains how to share on Social Sites:

I tried the following combinations:
Tumblr username + Tumblr password = Posts to the default blog (as expected)
Tumblr username + secondary blog password = Logon fail
Blog Name + Tumblr password = Logon fail
It's too bad Tumblr won't let you make the default blog private, then I'm sure this would just work.
Hi winterminute,
thank you very much for the information. We will have a closer look at that. Please allow us some time to investigate and get back to you. In the meantime you could use the "Get link" feature. For example - create a new photo post on your Tumblr account:
Choose "Use URL" instead and - this will open a field where you can paste a link to your image. You can get the image from your SmugMug gallery - > Owner share -> get link -> (in the first tab - Photo Links) just choose the size which you would like to display - > copy and paste in to the field in Tumblr.
The last thing I do - I add a "click-through" link to my gallery so that when my visitors click the photo on Tumblr - they will be directed to the gallery where the photo is located.
