Can't access via iOS

I'm trying to log into my SmugMug account on my iOS devices. SmugMug shows that I log in successfully but when I try to access a password protected gallery, it asks for the gallery password. I'm logging in with my master account and shouldn't have to provide an additional password, but when I input the gallery password (which is the same as my master password), SmugMug says the password is invalid. I AM ALREADY LOGGED IN!!!!!!!!! The gallery is unlisted so I wouldn't even be able to see the gallery listed if I wasn't already logged in!!

In addition, when I try to access the SmugMug "Help" option, it AGAIN asks for my password and then gets stuck in a loop stating "Welcome Back" but that same page keeps reloading itself over and over AND the page that keeps reloading is, again, asking for a password! I can't be "back" yet still need to input a password at the same time!

And while I'm on the subject, how do I set my account so I NEVER get defaulted to a mobile version of my site when I'm accessing via iOS?

Likewise, please stop suggesting that I use Tapatalk to use this forum!

Can you try something? Try logging out of your account. Then go to www.smugmug.com and login from here. After you do that, you should be automatically redirected to your homepage. Since you use a custom domain name, you will need to refresh the page one time once on your homepage to be shown as logged in on your custom domain. Then, try accessing a passworded gallery (or the help pages). That should allow you to access passworded galleries on your site and help pages without problems.

The choice of mobile vs non-mobile site is cookied in your device's browser. By default, we'll always show the mobile view on mobile devices when we detect a mobile operating system. There isn't a way to change that default, although you can disable the mobile version of your site entirely if you like. The mobile version can be turned off in the Settings tab in your Control Panel. Disabling that here will force the normal gallery display on all mobile devices.
