Cool one Richard With the way you've managed to capture it in this frame, the moon comes off very star like for me with the color tone and it appearance left "peeking" from behind the roof top detail. Leaving out the usual moon surface detail. And look, it has its own moonflares and prominences I get a good sense of liquid like plasma roiling with filaments and such across it "photosphere" Sweet
Somehow those two little illuminated windows on the building add to the shot for me. It's almost as if the moonlight is shining right through the building.

Thanks so much everyone. After years of futile efforts to get my moon shots to look like NASA's, it finally sank in that there's only so much one can do with a 70-200 and a 1.4x TC :bash. So I tried to make lemonade instead. Glad you liked it.
