contact us email thingy broken?

Got a phone call today from someone trying to send me an email through the contact us smug mug email thingy and it gives an error msg:


We're awfully sorry, but there was a problem. Please try again.


AFter entering your info on the form and press enter, thats msg.

SM having issues or this on my end? Ive never done anything to try to modify the code so...?

This question has got me wondering why I haven't been able to do what the original poster has with his contact tab. Didn't even know it was possible without writing code.

I have a simple site, a landing page slideshow, and a basic navigation bar. I have never been able to figure out how to get the contact page to come up the way it does for the OP's site. Mine only comes up if someone clicks on the tiny 'contact' tab at the bottom of the page.

Can someone tell me how get the contact box to come up with a nav bar that says "contact", and what URL to put in the navigation bar builder to make that happen? I tried 'mynmame.smugmug.com/assistly/#', since that seemed to be the URL for the box, but that didn't bring it up. Help, please!
