Welcome to the forum, Rory. I love these shots...particularly the last one. Those hues are really impressive.

    Hi,

Thanks for the comments. The last one was really special as I managed to get there before sun up. The thin layer of clouds really caught the rising sun hence the pink cast.

    Thanks Joel.
The summer months are usually quiet for me as far as photography is concerned. I much prefer taking photos from October to March so i doubt if there will be much new material worth posting. I have a pbase gallery www.caeclyd.com if you would like to see more.

    Cheers,

    Rory

    Hello Trappe,

Very nice photos from North Wales.

More years ago I was there (2nd photo) with friends and I remember very well this mountain (or hill).
For me is your photo more beautiful than it is in the nature.

I love Landudno and Snowdonia Park (brothership with one mountain here).

One question for you: can you make photo from the Rail station, where is the longest word (name of the village there), please?

    Kind regards to North Wales,
    B.

    Hi Bojana,
Looks like you have spent a some time in North Wales. I'm glad that you enjoyed your visit.

As for a photo with the longest name "Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch" no I do not have a photograph.

    Hi Rory,

How come you have so beautiful colours from Snowdon (is that lake?). I remember small lake.

I was guest by one family close to Chester and was in North Wales with friends one whole day.
    Enough to see all there.

Btw: I wrote wrong. National Park TNT here, with big lake (good to swim) and National Park Snowdonia have brothership (not the mountain).

    Regards,
    B.

Welcome to DGrin, Rory! All of these shots are nice but #4 is superb! It was worth getting out there so early. Your gallery has some lovely work too. I will definitely be watching for more posts from you.
