Bar Shots

All the way from Florida to Colorado on the back roads and all I get is a couple of bar shots. (Not really, but most of the other stuff is landscape, etc.)

You're hanging out in the wrong kind of bar for "street".
Those are places that offer Appletinis and Pink Ladies.
That guy in the top photo has a logo shirt on!

Street photography subjects hang out in shot-and-a-beer bars.
They are bars where's there's a jug of pickled eggs on the
bar that are two years past their sell-by date. Bars
where you never, never wear flip-flops in the bathroom.

Right, Tony. I used to sing Danny Boy in bars like that when I was young enough to still have a voice. Now my voice is gone, so I go to a different kind of bar.

By the way, thanks for the Leesburg Bikefest shots. Most years I make that event, since I spend winters in Leesburg, but this year we were too busy packing. I've got a great shot from year before last of a guy walking across Main street with a T-shirt that says "Drunk Chicks Dig Me." I probably ought to post it.
