Need place with fast upload pipe

This is a shot-in-the-dark since this is a fairly local question, but I'm in need of some help.
I have more than 12GB of photos and videos to upload to Smugmug which would take many days over my home DSL line (which is only about 500kbps in the upload direction). I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for local places (I'm in Los Altos, CA) that might have a fast upload pipe that I could get this upload done in a few hours rather than 3-4 days.
Anyone know what the upload speed is typically at a Starbucks? Or do they all vary? Are there any businesses (internet cafes) that specialize in fast pipes that operate in the SF Bay Area?
