Why does upload log show upload errors on successful uploads

I uploaded a number of videos. My upload log shows all kinds of errors (screen shot below), but the videos seem to be OK and all seem to have uploaded. Why does the upload log show errors and is there anything wrong my videos?

Hi Jfriend, it could be that your internet connection dropped few times for a short while and the upload log has registered an error. Your files did continue to upload, even after connection drop.

Yes, by default the upload log only shows errors. The videos in your screenshot failed and then were uploaded again. If you want to see the successful uploads as well, you can switch to display 'all uploads'.

I've usually seen this when a file is complete except for the verification of the hash. It can cause duplicates and can also lead to files not being exactly the same as the original if they are downloaded and compared. A number of reasons can cause the verification to fail. I personally don't see them too often unless something's going on with the uploader.
