DSS#102 - Options for C&C

Been so busy past couple of weeks, wasn't sure I'd get to this challenge... but, I found some time today to shoot. Would appreciate feedback on these options...

    I like #1 the best. The echo of the flower in the BG appeals to me.

    I like the idea of #2. Maybe a different angle? The OOF area in the foreground detracts for me.

    I love California poppies, but my eye wanders a bit looking for a focal point. Maybe a reshoot with one in the FG in focus and that wonderful field of mixed flowers OOF in the BG.

    In #4, there is a loss of detail that I find troublesome.

    All evoke springtime.

    i would go with number 2 - all the flowers are fantastic shots, but there are already about a million flowers entered - i would go with the more unique shot :)

    I entered #1 yesterday... but I did think about that... there are a lot of flowers in the gallery. I may change it before the deadline... headscratch.gif
