Just finished processing my shots from Costa Rica. We saw this guy on a night hike near Manuel Antonio NP. They have big spikes on their thumbs that they use to fight each other. Apparently the idea is to deafen your competition so they can't hear themselves sing properly.

Lighting came from about 5 or 6 flashlights from the other people on the hike. No flash.

Good capture, I'm glad you explained about the lighting because I was trying to figure out the mutiple catchlights in its eye.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
