Problem with gallery pulling in an image in overlay

Hi, I have a strange issue. I received a call from a friend that was looking at one of my galleries and indicated that there is an overlay image on each of my images. I saw this for to galleries. I was able to fix the one by deleting and re uploading from LR4. However, the second is not working with either deleting from LR and re uploading or creating gallery from LR4 and uploading via smugmug interface. I am hoping someone will be able to help me resolve this.

    Hi, you've applied a photo as a watermark. Go to tools>many photos>watermarking and remove the watermark.
