Custom banner doesn't appear in some galleries...

Hi, I have noticed that in some of my galleries our customization doesn't appear. For instance, we just uploaded a new gallery "Ozen's Senior Prom 2012" (http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/23052064_zVzjt8#!i=1854745962&k=43KK4XN) and our customization isn't there. Can anyone explain to me why this happened or what are we doing wrong. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys but found answer in suggested galleries:

The Smugmug header shows instead of your own for several reasons:
1. Appearance set to Smugmug instead of custom
2. Hide Owner set to Yes instead of No
3. Gallery belongs to a community that doesn't allow your own customization
