Site files and header won't load

Any ideas as to why my site files and header won't load this morning? Server trouble on the Smuggy end? Haven't changed anything since last night when everything was fine.

    I can see your header on your homepage just fine in different browsers. Can you try again?
    Does it work on a second browser?
