I like it Jenn, though that's some serious blacks you have going here.
Lines, comp, contrast all work for me.

Russ, I'm working and playing at the same time right now. Good to see you back and active. Liz, I have a lot that would offend and confuse people here. I'll throw a few out shortly.

Having a point in every direction is like having no point at all, so the saying goes.rolleyes1.gif I like the title and the image ,the pattern of the shadows, light, pointing in all directions, the maple leaves add to the texture of the image,I do agree with Liz about the blacks.

Hey guys, thanks. I could lift the blacks somewhat, but the textures gained are at a loss of the impact on the foot path. I might play with it again and add a variant.

Confusion is my normal state, keep them coming.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

It is a gorgeous image, but I. Would play with it a bit to try to keep the deep shadows, but get t least a hint of detail in the legs and shoes - if it's there.

Agreed. Beautiful, and a touch more detail in those areas would be great!
