Here are couple of images from session I did with my friend's daughter and her boyfriend. Everything done in natural light. C&C please. The editing look of little bit warmth/red is done in pp, playing with new editing style.

These look as if you had some exposure issues and try to over correct in PP. Not saying you did but that is the impression I'm getting.

Thanks for you comments, No there were no exposure issues with this from SOOC files, actually this are edited with bit of blown highlights.
Tried to pull some of that back in this one. Still working on more files so will be fine tunning as I see some of issues.

I think these are GREAT shots... but I'm not digging the processing for the most part (or at least if you are going to have some processed in this film/vintage/cross-process style, also include some more natural processing versions in the set for them).

Of them all, I like the processing the best on the one you posted in #3 above....

Thanks for your comments, yes I'm trying to fine tune and find a style/pp that works in this kind of situation. This were all shot in afternoon starting around 5:30PM when sun was bit higher here in north-east to around 7:30PM when it is about to set. This initial set is from bright sun light few more I'm working on has different lighting conditions as there is waterfall in the state park and few trails that we tried to capture in shoot.

I prefer a more natural look. Your over-saturated and bright backgrounds pull my eye away from your subjects. Natural light is great, but adding some pop from some reflectors and/or flashes will let you keep your backgrounds from being so over exposed.

My thoughts exactly. I used to believe pretty strongly in natural light, until someone pointed out that all of my images have half of their entirety blown out. Then I started using fill flash like a boss.

I like the interactions in a lot of these, though, and it looks like you were able to get them comfortable in front of the camera for some honest photography. That's more important (and more difficult) than anything else perhaps...so well done there.
