I have a LR3 Kelby book and not too thrilled with it so looking for either a book, DVD video or online video to really learn lightroom 4 what are your favorites?

They just finished it so the price just went up 25%. But you could buy just the "Advanced" videos for a bit less. Michael and Jeff definitely know their stuff w.r.t Lightroom.

They do have DRM on them, but Google search is your friend
Ditto on the Luminous Landscape videos. Very detailed and amusing to watch.
I knew, of course, that trees and plants had roots, stems, bark, branches and foliage that reached up toward the light. But I was coming to realize that the real magician was light itself.
