HTML problem on API Uploading page

It seems that one should be able to click on the "Raw HTTP POST" and "Multipart HTTP POST" tabs of http://wiki.smugmug.net/display/API/Uploading to bring up method-specific docs, but it doesn't work. I tried FF/Safari/Chrome (OSX). Firebug console shows a "$ is not a function" error for "var putTab = $('PUTTab');"
