A lovely capture. He is totally captivated by the bubbles. It is great to see this little guy in his formal "tuxedo" attire enjoying himself. The bubbles is a great idea. The shallow depth of field has created a soft tone on his face while the low shutter speed created a slight smearing of the bubbles.
