Hey all,
I just returned from our family vacation to Oregon. I haven't processed many of the images yet. But Wow, talk about an abundance of this Rhododendrons in the Spring. I think it should be Oregon's state flower.
Yesterday we spent our last day at a rhododendron garden in Portland. But they are literarly everywhere including *many* people's front yards.
I was wondering why there are no reports of the rhodies amoung the redwoods yet this year. Anyone gone yet? Here is a couple shots in Nor Cal from a previous year at this time:
