5DMIII + EF70-200mm f/2.8L + 2x EF Extender III

Due to the limited budget (after purchasing the 5DMIII), I thought the 2x EF Extender III (Teleconverter) might be a good idea to complement my 70-200mm f/2.8L (non-IS) lens. Anyone has the combo? What's good about it? What's bad? Any comments are welcome.
