Multiple or combined watermarks

I know others have asked in the past but wanted to add my input.

I would like to be able to have one watermark at the bottom right of my image, at say, 50% transparency. I would also like to have the same watermark only larger in the center of the image but at only 5-10% transparency. Obviously the only way I could make this happen on my end is if I I make an individual watermark (containing the two different transparency % in photoshop) for every single image size AND orientation that I upload and then apply the watermarks individually to each photo. That is not feasible when uploading hundreds of images to a gallery. I prefer to be able to let my viewers see larger images but at the same time I don't want to give away printable full-size images with no restrictions.

Is there no way the techs can come up with a multiple watermarking process? Preferably one where I can choose two individual or separate watermarks that can then be combined together on the fly?

Thanks for the response Wendee, I did see that request earlier but since it was from 2010 and didn't look like it garnered much attention I thought I'd share here as well.
