Maritime Canada - another possible shootout location?

At the last Shootout in Maine we talked about the possibilities of having another, sometime, on the east coast.

Here is a link to a short promotional video on You Tube promoting the region in general (3 minutes+) to give you an idea of just SOME of the things you might expect to find, depending on the time of year and the particular province.

That said, IF I were to pursue this, would there be any interest?

Best weather / colours are usually in late Sept. or early Oct. in NB and NS.

Looks fantastic! I'd maybe be in for something like that. And Dave V. might be able to finally get his puffins pics.

Thanks. Glad to see there might be some interest. I'm not sure yet what support I would need; it will depend on who might want to come and how many? What would be a reasonable number to hope for? The one I went on in Maine was excellent and I loved making personal connections with other DGrinners. Of course, at that one we had some of the big guns in attendance - and that was, i think, part of the attraction - being able to interact with Marc and Andy etc. - learning from more experienced shooters as well as from each other.

One nice thing about this area is that, although it may be expensive to get to (from points west and far south), accommodations, food and access to venues tends to be very inexpensive.

Working on it! And yes - puffins.
