CS6 Worth it from CS5

Hey guys and gals,
So how is CS6 doing, worth the upgrade?

    This guy loves it. I've been holding off because several of my friends tried it and had repeated crashes. Others, of course, haven't had a single hitch. So you never know.

    I looked at it, but most of the things I would be interested in, as a photographer, were the improvements in ACR. I already have LR4, so I'm going to pass for now.
