Bee leaving Foxglove

This young bee had visited a foxglove flower. No pollen for it there as far as I can tell. I wondered if there was a problem with the bee, as it kept falling to the floor as well afterwards. it climbed out of the flower and clambered over the top of it and dropped to the soil...
