    These are great! I like prefer 1, 3 and 6. Interesting the way the legs appear as if they are tangled in #3. Beautiful detail in these shots!

    Just went back and edited this because it was #3 that really caught my eye, and I said #4....

    #3 is such an interesting shot with the legs like that...it really sets it apart from all the other bug shots.

    Thanks! #3 is a hard shot to catch with a 105VR because the fly is inbound and the lens slowish - so you have to trap focus (and get lucky)deal.gifD

    Odd girl out. I like #2. It seems more real and less processed than the others. I also love the comp in that one!

    Thanks! I just sat by the bush that they were flying around and fired away. The 105VR is fast enough over a short range to catch them and I shoot handheld so I can move with them.
