Was driving out through the local woods when we saw a bird in the road which took off as we approached. Looked "raptor-ish" so I slowed and watched it. It stopped in a tree directly opposite my car. Fortunately I was on the way to the studio and had the camera in the car!
Wound the window down and started shooting. When he looked away i made mouse sounds (:woohoo-1:) and he looked straight at me...
