Event photography!

I'm gonna be taking some pictures at Pridefest this year for a local group. They're kinda vague on what they're asking for, but they have three stands at the festival they want to get photographed. I guess it's largely for editorial purposes (running with their newsletter and LGBT papers this summer) and possibly some use in fliers/pamphlets (advertising for the group).

First time I've done anything like this, and I'm a little nervous. Got an advice? Or any festival photos you wanna share for inspiration?
