Changing Price in Gallery while I have an order pending

I made an oversight in pricing/format.

Someone may have seen this and placed an order but I have a 3 days proofing delay and haven't sent it in to BAYPHOTO yet.

If I delete that format/pricing, will that affect this order before it goes out?:clap

    Hi

    No - the order will maintain the pricing that was in place when it was placed (and agreed to by the buyer). Changing pricing now will not affect orders already placed. If you wish to change the pricing, you will need to contact the help desk (and the customer) and ask for the order to be canceled. You can then ask the customer to place it again, and the new order will respect the new pricing.

    Yes very good!. I don't need to cancel anything, butr I do need to remove a certain format and price from the mix.
