Most will say it really depends on what type of shooting you will be doing. The overall consensus will likely be the D7000 since it's just a badass camera.
The D7000 is considered by many writers, critics, and photographers, to be the best digital camera ever made for the money. If it's in your price range, that's where I'd go.

D3s, D500, D5300, and way more glass than the wife knows about.
Well, I'm not going to laugh at you, but the Canon has a whopping nine-point AF system compared to the Nikon's 39 point system, the Nikon has two card slots, the Nikon has slightly faster continuous shooting, Nikon's CLS runs circles around Canon, and I think your other points are questionable also, particularly the ISO non-comparison.
The 60D is a fine piece of equipment, and you're welcome to your opinion, but the fanboy colors shine through with the bit.

you drop this link like its the definitive review of these 2 cameras, I must have seen you do it 1/2 a dozen times in different threads. It's a valid review but it's also just one of many.

I had a D80, and "Upgraded" for some features i liked to the D3200... HUGE file sizes, super cheap feeling body and way to small to comfortably carry through the day. I went to the D7000 and HOLY CRAP im in love. The D7k AF is ridiculously fast, it feels like a quality purchase, the quality of pictures Vs. File size is a good ratio, the FPS upgrade is fantastic and i just love the dual SD car slots and the ability to program them to be a flow over storage, 1 slot JPG and 1 NEF... just a well thought out camera and im head over heals for it.
Another vote for D7000 - especially if you are into photography as a hobby. For casual pictures in auto mode, I don't think there will be any difference between the three and I would recommend in that case going with the cheaper/lighter camera.
