sb600 question

is 250 two much for a sb600 flash and how well will it work with my D7000 ?

    I've seen SB-600s go recently for about $200, and I just got a SB-800 for $260, so yes, I'd say that's a bit high. I also have a SB-600, and it's a great flash.

    $250 for the sb600 is a good price for a really good condition flash or new. I bought mine for $220 for a good used one.

    I'd spend the extra $79.00 for the newer and easier to use SB700. While the SB600 is nice...I have one...the SB700 is easier to use. Don't under estimate the value of improved technology.

    I just check the Nikon store and the SB600 is now going for $241 refurbished (better than owning stock)

    It will work fine on the D7K, i have two, but i agree with Ed get the SB700 in stock for $296
