A good friend of mine runs this BMW club, comprised primarily of M3s. I've volunteered to cover their events. This wasn't much of a setup (a Zaxby's parking lot), but I just wanted to get a feel for the group and shoot a random few.

Pretty good work, Quincy....particularly since it was your first time shooting cars. Partial-car shots rarely work real well unless you really get in close on the feature or design element that you want to isolate and emphasize. You did very well in that regard with shots #6 and #7. thumb.gif

I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

I'll agree with Tom on these - well done, Quincy. On #8, I might make those poles in the background disappear. And does that first guy go off-road racing with his BMW? :D

Thanks Tom, and Moose! I made efforts to get rid of the pole in 8, but I couldn't get it right with the roofs of the cars, and I guess I just lost patience with it. Laughably enough, I removed a billboard and 6 telephone cables from #5.
