i dont understand SMUGMUG!!!!

i bought a smugmug pro plan for a year...
i thought it would be easy and fast and that it would look as any of the examples you provide...
i started to build my website but for what i understand i cannot choose any of the theme examples.
this means i have to pay someone to make me a nice website????

i really need to know if all the customized theme examples you give at your presentation are just examples and not an option that i can choose....

i also want to know if i can get my money back as I'm definitely not looking forward to pay some other certified customizers to make my website look nice.....

another question i bought a wordpress theme months ago.... can i use it? or it has absolutely no use at all?

We've received your 3 emails regarding this and have responded to them. I know it can be frustrating but we ask that you try not to email multiple times on the same issue as well as post here.
