i dont understand SMUGMUG!!!!

hi
i bought a smugmug pro plan for a year...
i thought it would be easy and fast and that it would look as any of the examples you provide...
i started to build my website but for what i understand i cannot choose any of the theme examples.
this means i have to pay someone to make me a nice website????

i really need to know if all the customized theme examples you give at your presentation are just examples and not an option that i can choose....

i also want to know if i can get my money back as I'm definitely not looking forward to pay some other certified customizers to make my website look nice.....

another question i bought a wordpress theme months ago.... can i use it? or it has absolutely no use at all?

    We've received your 3 emails regarding this and have responded to them. I know it can be frustrating but we ask that you try not to email multiple times on the same issue as well as post here. With so many posts and emails, it is hard to keep track of what you've said in response to what we've said and we certainly don't want to miss anything or frustrate you further :D

    2. can i downgrade my plan so i don't lose all my money?
