Manfrotto Tripod / Head

I finally decided to upgrade to a high-end tripod/head solution. It means that my current tripod setup is now up for grabs. These have worked great for me - the real reason for the upgrade is that I had some cash and I've been trying to upgrade various items to top-of-the-line awesomeness. Gear-lust for the win! Hopefully they'll go to a good home.
Items:
Manfrotto 3001BN Tripod (7/10): http://www.adorama.com/catalog.tpl?op=detailsdisc&sku=BG3001BN
(This has 3/8" foam tubes wrapping the top tier of the legs so it's more comfortable to put it on your shoulder or handle the tripod in extreme cold. There is one foot that went missing, and I've replaced it with a fancy tape solution that matches the black color scheme of the tripod. One segment has found some grit so it's not as smooth as the other legs for extension/compression.)
Manfrotto 486rc2 Head (9/10): http://www.adorama.com/catalog.tpl?op=detailsdisc&sku=BG486RC2
(In great shape, though the 'ball' has lost it's original black sheen. This has a quick-release plate and a locking mechanism to help keep your gear from suicidal jumps.)
Prices, OBO (total w/shipping/fees/etc.):
Tripod: $75 (Originally ~$110+)
Head: $75 (Originally ~$125)
BOTH: $125
If you'd like to make an offer, be willing to wait a few days so I can be sure nobody wants them at my asking price.
