Desert Wolf Spider + Egg
A month ago, I posted a picture of this spider, and Lord V kindly identified it for me. :bow
My background in Biology sparked an interest to further study the little creature since I rarely run into them in my backyard, so I decided to build a cozy environment for it. I later found out it was f emale. How did I come to that conclusion? When I found her carrying an egg-sac a few weeks later! :clap
Can't wait until they (the baby spiders) hatch and latch on to their mother, then re-release them into the yard. Wish I had an MPE lens to shoot her with, perhaps I'll rent one when the little ones hatch.
